SoloKick Shipping Policy
Overview
At SoloKick, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your package arrives at your door.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your purchase is placed, and a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery takes between 7-14 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally extend delivery beyond this window. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at Solokick19@outlook.com and we will look into it for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update, as carriers can sometimes take a little time to register the shipment in their system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
SoloKick is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order by your country's customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure about potential additional charges in your country.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SoloKick is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at Solokick19@outlook.com and we will do our best to make the correction before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or intercept it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us, as packages are often located quickly this way. If your package appears to be genuinely lost in transit, please contact us at Solokick19@outlook.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
