SoloKick Refund & Return Policy

At SoloKick, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines exactly what is and isn't eligible for a refund or return.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and to keep our prices low for everyone, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing expectations, buyer's remorse, or simply deciding you no longer want the item after purchase. Please review your order carefully, including the product description, specifications, and images, before completing checkout.

No Cancellations After Processing

Once an order has been placed and begins processing for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We are unable to make changes to shipping addresses, product variants, or order quantities after this point, so please double-check all details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives visibly damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect that prevents normal use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Solokick19@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion. This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier, since most "lost" packages are eventually located this way. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and never delivered, contact us at Solokick19@outlook.com and we will work with you on next steps, which may include a reshipment at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

For clarity, the following are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement under any circumstance: change of mind after purchase, ordering the wrong item or variant, dissatisfaction with how the product performs for your specific skill level or use case, damage caused by user misuse or improper setup, and orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
